Colorado has become the second state to allow psychedelic therapy. Residents voted to legalize the therapeutic use of psilocybin, the chemical compound found in psychedelic mushrooms, the Associated Press reported.
A Rasmussen Reports survey shows that most Americans will celebrate New Year’s Eve at home, with 67% planning to stay in as 2025 begins. Only 14% plan to attend a gathering at a friend’s house, 6% will go to a bar or restaurant, and 7% will celebrate elsewhere. Another 6% remain undecided.

Los Angeles County authorities have recovered additional human remains near the Palos Verdes Peninsula, following the discovery of a human leg that washed ashore earlier last week. Palos Verdes Estates Police Captain Aaron Belda confirmed on Thursday that investigators and coroner officials recovered a second leg and a femur in the area. The discovery comes after a hiker found the first leg washed up on Wednesday, sparking a search operation.
