Thousands of illegal immigrants waited at railroad tracks about three hours south of Eagle Pass, Texas waiting for the opportunity to jump on a train headed towards the southern United States border.
Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott said over the weekend that he plans to sign a new state law that will allow Texas police officers to arrest immigrants who illegally entered the state from another country.
