Donald Trump is ridiculing Special Counsel Jack Smith and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland after charging the former president with three more charges in the investigation into classified documents.
The individuals—Gabriel Rench, Sean Bohnet, and his wife Rachel Bohnet—had initiated a civil lawsuit against the city, claiming their First Amendment rights were violated during a religious gathering in 2020.
"In the coming hours, the coming days, I will be introducing legislation under my name and the House of Representatives as a freestanding bill to defund the Jack Smith investigation," Rep. Gaetz revealed.
Decision to evacuate a dozen homes and several proximate businesses was necessitated by the presence of hazardous materials in 15 to 20 cars onboard the train.
