Carlos Tejada, a New York Times Deputy Asia Editor, has died at the age of 49. He suffered a heart attack less than a day after posting to social media that he had received a Moderna booster vaccination.
A poll conducted by The Economist and YouGov found that nearly two-thirds of unvaccinated participants had no plans to ever receive a covid shot. The poll, of 1,500 Americans, touched on a multitude of subjects and broke down respondents by age, race, education, and socio-economic status.
"You do not experiment on humans, and consent must be freely given without coercion and include a discussion about alternative treatments … and an individual's material risk of developing covid-19 or actually coming to harm from it." said English Dr. Sam White.
