More than 400,000 unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors have been released into the United States by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced this week that it had arrested the criminal at the top of the state’s “10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List.”
