The state of Utah is suing TikTok over "child addiction harm," according to a press release from Governor Spencer Cox's (R) office.

“[T]race mRNA amounts were detected in 10 exposures up to 45 h post-vaccination.”

The core of the lawsuit is an accusation that the government has colluded with major tech companies to stifle the freedom of speech of countless American citizens.

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, located in New Orleans, found that the Biden administration overstepped First Amendment boundaries in their approach to COVID-19 content on social media platforms.

"There are a lot of red flags," Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo said.

The memo specifically targets posts by conservative commentator Tomi Lahren.

Communications released by the House Judiciary Committee revealed that Facebook was coerced into censoring posts pertaining to COVID-19.

Judge confirms Biden admin "likely 'significantly encouraged' and/or 'jointly participated' with the social-media companies to engage in viewpoint-based suppression of protected free speech. Additionally, the White House Defendants and the Surgeon General Defendants were found to have likely engaged in coercion of social-media companies."

U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy wrote in an advisory that there is "reason to be concerned" with the potential harm caused by social media on the minds of youth.
