The Supreme Court is not immediately blocking the Texas law that bans most abortions, but has agreed to hear arguments in the case in early November.

On Thursday, Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that his state will join Missouri to file suit against the Biden administration, telling the cheering crowd that he wanted to say to President Joe Biden, “Let’s go, Brandon! We’ll see you in court.”

His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s average job approval rating has just hit a new low of 42 percent in the RealClearPolitics poll of polls.

The Biden administration is asking the Supreme Court to block the Texas law banning most abortions, while the fight over the measure’s constitutionality plays out in the courts.

"The court seeks simply to avoid the risk of irreparable harm to the parties and to maintain the status quo while the court holds an evidentiary hearing."

These days when Americans rail against the separate standard by which “the elite” are held accountable, we’re usually talking about the lavishly wealthy who bask in the spotlight of popular culture or sit in the upper echelons of the corporate globalist world.

The judge left the door open for an appeal
