A report from Parents Defending Education found that at least 1,040 school districts in the United States have policies requiring educators to keep students' gender identities from parents.
"The Defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice."
