A Koch network group, Americans for Prosperity Action, is spending $70 million in an effort to stop Trump from being successful in the 2024 presidential election.
"By providing more transparency about foreign lobbying practices, these bipartisan bills will help stop attempts by foreign adversaries to influence our political process," Senator Peters stated.
“The Biden administration has repeatedly governed by executive overreach when it comes to energy and environmental regulations, ignoring the law and doing so without congressional approval."
