A New York City grand jury indicted 24-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny after the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man reportedly harassing people on a subway.
A section of a French justice bill is receiving criticism after it was learned a section of the bill permits law enforcement to remotely turn on the microphone and camera of a suspect's device.
"Instead of being a calm and trusted voice of science and reason, the American people felt let down, often deceived and left damaged," said Rep. Wenstrup.
