Marine Veteran Daniel Penny Indicted After Subway Incident

A New York City grand jury indicted 24-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny after the death of Jordan Neely, a homeless man reportedly harassing people on a subway.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams released a statement saying, “I appreciate DA Bragg conducting a thorough investigation into the death of Jordan Neely.”

“Like I said when the DA first brought charges, I have the utmost faith in the judicial process, and now that the Grand Jury has indicted Daniel Penny, a trial and justice can move forward,” the statement continued.

Some believe Penny will face one charge of second-degree manslaughter, a charge with a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.

Reporting from National File:

Despite the fact that men of multiple races were involved in restraining subway marauder Jordan Neely, a career criminal who once tried to kidnap a little girl and was well-known for harassing and attacking subway riders and New York City pedestrians, elected Democrats, corporate media, and their Black Lives Matter allies have painted the entire event as a race issue, even accusing Penny of “lynching” Neely, who didn’t die on the subway car, but in a hospital.
