“These providers failed Missouri’s children when they rejected even a diluted medical standard and subjected them to irreversible procedures. My office is not standing for it," says Missouri AG.
According to a report, Rite Aid is in negotiating terms of a bankruptcy plan that could see a significant number of its more than 2,100 drugstores permanently close.

The FDA analysts also raised concerns about whether women with medical conditions that should preclude them from taking the pill, primarily breast cancer and undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, would avoid the product.
"Powerful corporations who wield unmatched, highly concentrated technology in pursuit of profit are knowingly creating this unprecedented mental health crisis," the lawsuit asserts.
