A controversial FD-1023 form purportedly lays out a $5 million bribery plot involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national, suggesting that policy decisions may have been exchanged for financial gain.
The lawmakers are reacting to whistleblower testimony highlighted in a report by the House Judiciary Committee and Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
"The FBI’s refusal to provide this single document is obstructionist," stated Comer, adding, "Congress and the American people need to know what, if anything, the FBI did to verify the allegations contained within this record."
House Republicans recently released reports alleging that more than $10 million flowed from foreign entities to companies associated with the Biden family and family members.
