Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has proposed a ban on classroom instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in grades 4 through 12.

"You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here," Robert Costello reportedly told the Grand Jury.

Arkansas has passed a law prohibiting transgender students in public schools from using the restroom or locker room that aligns with their gender identity, with fines of at least $1,000 for violators and the possibility of private lawsuits from parents if the law is not enforced.

"These Soros district attorneys are a menace to society," says DeSantis.

The law, which will take effect on July 1, prohibits “students of the male sex from competing on a team designated for students of the female sex.”

The Republican governor admitted he has concerns about the bill.

The Kentucky Senate passed a bill banning transgender surgeries and hormone therapy for minors.
