An Arizona grand jury indicted 18 Republicans for "falsely" declaring that Donald Trump beat Joe Biden in Arizona's popular vote during the 2020 presidential election.
Special Counsel David Weiss charged Alexander Smirnov, a former FBI informant, for giving Congress "false information" relating to Joe and Hunter Biden's dealing with the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma.
Trump's indictment gives him "an opportunity that he has never had before, which is to have subpoena power since January 6 in a way that can be exercised in federal court."
