The holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case, Michael Desronvil, made an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity.” The appearance was his first without a middleman, the outlet explained.
“I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels,” said Desronvil. “The ones that can’t speak for themselves, the ones that can’t defend themselves, and the ones that can’t fight the battles — and those are Cora, Dawson and Callan.”
“I want to thank God for my Catholic faith,” he added. “I want to thank God for blessing me with the ability to love my daughter. And foremost, I would like to thank everyone, every individual, that has supported me throughout this difficult situation.”
Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is pushing for an investigation into Desronvil.
According to the document detailing the limited inquiry request, Reddington is asking the court to evaluate the “original confidential juror questionnaires of the twelve deliberating jurors and six alternates and the trial judge’s copies, Juror Doe’s summons, badge, and service records; every jury note and the Court’s written responses; the electronic recordings of July 20-24, September 3, and September 4, 2026, including sidebars, court-officer logs, and sign-in sheets concerning jurors’ mobile telephones from August 27 through September 4, 2026; courthouse video of the jury-room corridor for those dates; the impounded juror list; and all juror information the Commonwealth obtained before or during trial.”
Desronvil’s lawyer has asserted that “[e]very single allegation against Michael is false, fabricated, never happened, categorically false,” he said. “It just didn’t happen.”
Clancy’s lawyer has since declared that the “entire case is based on speculation,” a claim that prosecutor Shanan Buckingham has said is “laughable.”
