White people in London were told to stay away from a play on African American history so that black theatergoers could watch the performance "free from the white gaze."
"I'm all about trying to find a way that that is not acceptable in any way, because what it does is, they then do the barking and all the other weird stuff," Board Chair Matt Susin said.
