Pro-choice groups have started an initiative for a ballot measure in Arizona ahead of next year’s election that would move the right to abortion into the state constitution. 

Conservative group Arizona Capitol Oversight released emails revealing that Arizona Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs asked Twitter to censor her critics.

"It’s going to cause a real increase in the lines and the time that people would have to take to vote. It’s insecure. The voter can’t really check and control their own vote. You’re at the mercy of the machine."

These charges are believed to stem from alleged attempts to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

In his statement from the Justice Department’s Washington headquarters, Attorney General Garland revealed that the decision came after the investigation had "reached the stage" where the powers of a special counsel were necessary to continue.

West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin said he is "thinking seriously" about leaving the Democratic Party.

“This is a message to all governing bodies. You are being watched and we do not take ignoring public records requests lightly.”

“My estimate is over 800,000 ballot applications were sent to non-qualified voters in Michigan," said Michigan State Senator Ruth Johnson.
