Speaking with NBC News, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said, "I believe a decision to abort a child should be up to the woman during the first three months of life."
“This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear," the lawsuit reads.
"It is just as unconstitutional – and thus illegal – for the US Government to violate the First Amendment by proxy – through so-called private companies – as if the government directly attacked our free speech."
