President Joe Biden said the government would cover the "entire cost" to rebuild the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland after a cargo ship hit the bridge early Tuesday morning.
Francis Scott Key in Baltimore collapsed after being hit by a cargo ship at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, sending at least eight people from a construction crew into the water as a large section of the bridge crashed into the Patapsco River.
