TikTok content creators have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government, alleging the possible ban of the social media platform infringes upon the First Amendment.
TikTok has filed a lawsuit against the United States after President Joe Biden signed a bill that requires parent company ByteDance to sell the social media platform.
"Regardless of what your beliefs are, our society is a Judeo-Christian society, and we have a moral compass. Not everybody does. And there are those that are willing to go for the ends regardless of what means have to be employed," said Lt. Gen. Richard G. Moore Jr.
