Florida Gov. DeSantis says ‘to Hell’ with NCAA events after signing transgender sports bill

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Tuesday signed a bill barring biological males who identify as females from participating in female sporting events sponsored by public institutions and vowed not to back down to pressure from the NCAA amid threats to pull tournaments from states that enact such legislation.

DeSantis signed Senate Bill 1028, also known as the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, in Jacksonville. Among other things, the bill bars trans-identified biological males who identify as female from competing in women’s and girls’ sports offered by public institutions.

The new law requires that intramural, intercollegiate, interscholastic and club athletic teams and sports sponsored by public institutions must be designated “based on the biological sex at birth of team members.”

“Athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls may not be open to students of the male sex,” states SB 1028.

“For purposes of this section, a statement of a student’s biological sex on the student’s official birth certificate is considered to have correctly stated the student’s biological sex at birth if the statement was filed at or near the time of the student’s birth.”

Recently, several states have considered, and some have enacted, legislation aimed at preventing biological males from competing in sports designed for biological females.

In response, the National Collegiate Athletic Association Board of Governors released a statement earlier this year saying they would consider pulling NCAA championship events and tournaments from states that pass such laws.

The statement explained that NCAA policy “directs that only locations where hosts can commit to providing an environment that is safe, healthy and free of discrimination should be selected.”

“We will continue to closely monitor these situations to determine whether NCAA championships can be conducted in ways that are welcoming and respectful of all participants,” concluded the NCAA.

Regarding the potential backlash from the NCAA, DeSantis told Fox News in an interview Tuesday night that lawmakers should not be “cowed by these organizations, or particularly by woke corporations from doing the right thing.”

“My view was throughout this whole time. We have to protect our girls. It is discriminatory to force them to compete against biological males,” DeSantis said.

COVID “Looks Engineered,” Govt-Funded Immunologist Told Fauci In January 2020

Kristian Andersen – the head of the Andersen Lab at Scripps Research Institute in California – told Dr. Fauci in late January 2020 that “unusual features” of the COVID-19 virus led him to believe it was “potentially engineered.”

The bombshell release from Dr. Fauci’s e-mails goes to disprove the political and media establishment’s claims that lab-leak or bio-weapon concerns were “conspiracy theories.”

In fact, Andersen is a government-funded scientists backed by Fauci’s own colleagues at the National Institutes for Health (NIH).

He wrote, on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 10:32 PM:

“On a phylogenetic tree the virus looks totally normal and the close clustering with bats suggest that bats serve as the reservoir. The unusual features of the virus make up a really small part of the genome (<0.1%) so one has to look really closely at all the sequences to see that some of the features (potentially) look engineered.”

Pennsylvania Legislative Delegation Sits Down with Arizona Lawmakers to Discuss Election Integrity And Replicating the Audit

On Wednesday, The AZ Audit War Room tweeted this out:

“The Pennsylvania Legislative Delegation is currently meeting with Members of the Arizona Legislature to discuss election integrity in the United States.”

Yesterday, The Gateway Pundit reported that Pennsylvania sent a delegation to Arizona for an on-the-scene tour of the audit facility, broken first by Christina Bobb on One America News.

Jason Miller: Trump Desk Shutdown to Lead Into New Project

The shutdown of former President Donald Trump’s Desk page on his official website is potentially a precursor to joining another social media platform, according to senior adviser Jason Miller.

Miller tweeted Wednesday, responding to a tweet asking “perhaps this is a precursor to him joining another social media platform?”:

“Yes, actually, it is. Stay tuned!”

The tweet follows the news from the Desk page on donaldjtrump.com was no longer active Wednesday, to which Miller called it a temporary page.

Doctor Slams Covid Vaccine: ‘My Patients Are Not Laboratory Rats To Be Sacrificed in a Global Vaccine Experiment!’

A New Zealand doctor has come out against compulsory Covid vaccination citing US adverse reactions and a duty to the code of medical ethics.

In an open video explaining his position, New Zealand general practitioner Dr. Damian Wojcik asserts he’s obligated to speak up in the face of evidence the vaccine is causing thousands of deaths.

“I am taking the unprecedented step of speaking publicly along with a group of medical colleagues regarding my deep concerns over the Covid-19 vaccine rollout to all New Zealanders,” Dr. Wojcik states in the 15-minute video.

According to Wojcik, doctors are put in a tough spot when they’re expected to promote the vaccine despite its limited development and evidence of fatal side effects.

“In the five months from the 14th of December 2020 there have been 4,434 deaths reported to the USA Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System,” he says.

“This is more than the combined total for all other vaccines for the entire preceding 10 years and between 113 and 165 times higher than the annual influenza vaccine death rate.”

Wojcik explains under the hippocratic oath historically pledged to by physicians, doctors are compelled to speak up.

You Seem Stable: One Tweet That Shows the Liberal Evolution and Meltdown over Mask-Wearing

It was deleted, but as Siraj Hashmi says, “The list comes for all.” It perfectly captures the liberal freak-out over COVID, masks, and how these people are and have been unstable since the dawn of time. We can take our masks off. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said the fully vaccinated can rip them off. The pandemic is over here. The vaccines continue to roll. We’ve certainly reached herd immunity in some parts of the country.

As Florida and Texas have reopened, there have been no COVID spikes. The ruse is over. So, the CDC rushes to tweak its protocols and suddenly, it’s now the Left who are anti-science. The experts say we can start taking masks off and liberal America responds with “we’re going to wear ours forever because of…science.”

Yikes.

Hashmi found Tara Haelle, a science journalist, who wrote, “Notice: if I see you in a public indoor space not wearing a mask, I’m, judging you. I don’t know if you’re vaccinated. I assume you’re not, that you’re inconsiderate about others’ peace of mind and that you don’t care about protecting my family (and I don’t give a damn what the CDC says).”

Kayleigh McEnany Shares Touching Story About Trump’s Concern For Her Baby When She Was Hired

Kayleigh McEnany shared a touching story about the first question former President Trump ever asked her after she was hired as his press secretary.

McEnany was responding to a comment from a supporter who said “we need you back” in a Tik Tok video.

“Man, would love to be back one day,” she replied, before mentioning how Trump “was amazing to work for.”

That’s when she delved into a personal story of the level of concern the former President has for the people in his inner circle.

“He was so supportive of my family,” McEnany revealed as she spoke of “one of the coolest things” he had ever said.

“When he first called me after I took the job … and he called me with a congratulatory message,” she said. “The very first question he said to me was, ‘Is baby Blake, is your daughter going to be okay?’”

Why The Touching Question From Trump Meant So Much To Kayleigh McEnany

McEnany explained to viewers why the simple question from Trump meant so much to her.

“You know what? That meant the world to me,” she explained. “I was a new mom, I think at the time she was five or six months old.”

“I was very nervous to be away from her and the fact that he said to me, ‘Is baby Blake going to be okay?’ it meant a lot,” McEnany added.

“He’s an awesome guy,” she continued. “And I’m so honored, so blessed.”

McEnany’s touching story is one of many you’ll likely never hear about the kinder, gentler side of Donald Trump in the mainstream media.

There are others like it, however.

In 2017, Trump learned of a campaign volunteer whose father had been undergoing chemotherapy treatments to battle cancer, and who had been working a job at night and volunteering during the day.

When the former President heard the story, he reportedly had the man escorted to his inauguration, met with him personally, and issued a check for $10,000 to help pay for his father’s chemotherapy treatments.

Former President Donald Trump’s blog page permanently shut down. Senior adviser says it’s a precursor to something bigger

Former President Donald Trump’s blog has been permanently shut down, according to reports — and those in his inner circle say that the move is a precursor to something even bigger than just a webpage.

Facebook and other social media networks banned the former president from their respective platforms following the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, insisting that he was guilty of inciting the violence and spreading election disinformation.

At the time of the ban, the former president reached tens of millions of followers on Twitter, and millions on Facebook alone.

What are the details?

The former president’s page on DonaldTrump.com — called “From the Desk of Donald Trump” — launched in May and was designed to communicate with his supporters.

The page now, however, permits users to only submit contact information for updates from Trump’s communications team.

In a statement, Trump senior adviser Jason Miller told Blaze Media, that the move was “just auxiliary to the broader efforts we have and are working on.”

Biden Should Step Down If He’s Right That ‘White Supremacy Is the Most Lethal Threat’ In America

Joe Biden says “terrorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today.” He’s white, so he should step down. Otherwise, his continued occupancy in the White House perpetuates the problem he pretends exists.

Despite preaching the need to bring healing and unity to a divided United States of America, Mr. Biden spent Tuesday focused on racial hatred, what he called “the stain on the soul of America.”

“[T]errorism from white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today—not ISIS, not al Qaeda—white supremacists,” said Biden.

Read the White House’s transcript of Biden’s entire speech here.

White supremacy is “the most lethal threat” in the U.S.? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says heart disease is the leading cause of death killing 659,041 Americans per year. Cancer kills 599,601. Accidents kill 173,040.

How many criminal charges were brought against white supremacists last year?

Bill O’Reilly reported Department of Justice stats showing there were a total of five (5) federal cases brought against white supremacists in 2020. Fourteen (14) individuals were charged.

Fourteen individuals charged in connection with white supremacy out of 332,000,000 Americans is .000004% of the population. We’re supposed to believe “white supremacy is the most lethal threat” facing Americans? (Let’s also ignore the vastly more violent leftist extremist groups like BLM and Antifa).

By that logic, COVID vaccinations—which are linked to thousands of deaths, according to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VARES)—are many orders of magnitude more “lethal” to Americans than white supremacy. But Biden nevertheless insists Americans should “get vaccinated.”

But let’s grant Biden’s absurdly false claim. Let’s say “white supremacy is the most lethal threat” Americans face.

Here’s how Google defines ‘white supremacy’: “the belief that white people constitute a superior race and should therefore dominate society, typically to the exclusion or detriment of other racial and ethnic groups, in particular black or Jewish people.”

Screenshot from Google taken June 2, 2021

But isn’t the U.S. presidency the “highest office in the land”? In other words, isn’t Biden’s job the most dominant position in American society if not the world?

If it is, then Biden’s occupation of the White House is the greatest symbol of white dominance because he is a white man. Therefore, Biden should step down. Every day he doesn’t is a perpetuation of the white supremacy problem he pretends exists.

No sane person believes Biden’s claim. Even Kamala Harris admitted on ABC‘s “Good Morning America” that “America is not a racist country.”

If America is a racist country, Biden should step down. If it isn’t, he should shut up.

Biden budget caters to ‘most extreme’ abortion advocates

Pro-life groups critical of president’s abandonment of Hyde Amendment.

It’s the radical pro-abortion industry lobbyists who now are running Washington, not President Biden, according to an assessment from pro-life interests after Biden proposed a $6 trillion federal budget that trashes the Hyde Amendment.

That law has been in place for decades, and has protected the nation against having its tax dollars used directly for abortions.

But Biden’s new budget plan, released on Friday, abandons it.

“For more than four decades, the Hyde family of pro-life policies has kept American taxpayers out of the abortion business, with the Hyde Amendment itself saving nearly 2.5 million lives,” noted Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser.

“The Biden budget throws that longstanding, bipartisan consensus out the window to fulfill a campaign promise to the radical abortion lobby. Once a supporter of policies that protect the lives of the unborn and their mothers, President Biden today caters to the most extreme voices within his party.”

She said, “The majority of Americans remain opposed to taxpayer-funded abortion. We urge our congressional allies to be fearless in fighting to preserve the common-ground Hyde principle and to reject any budget that omits vital pro-life protections.”

The Free Beacon reported that Biden’s budget requests $133 billion for the Department of Health and Human Services, “none of which” would support the Hyde Amendment.

Biden’s spending outline “not only reversed the pro-life policies of the Trump administration but also ran against Biden’s defense of the Hyde Amendment during his career in elected office,” the report said.
