We are currently witnessing the formation of nothing less than a “new world order,” with the existing international legal system fracturing and states taking sides in a fresh Cold War, Russia’s deputy defense minister has told RT.
Colonel General Aleksandr Fomin spoke to the network ahead of the 9th Moscow Conference on International Security, scheduled to take place on June 22-24 in the Russian capital. The event brings together military officials and security experts from different countries, with some 49 nations having already confirmed their participation.
The upcoming conference is an explicitly non-partisan event, and the countries are invited to partake regardless of their current relationship with Russia, Fomin stated.
“At the forum, we give the floor not only to partners who share our approaches to solving major world problems, but also to opponents, countries with which cooperation today is at bare minimum or equal to zero,” Fomin said.
Discussions like those at the Moscow forum are particularly important during challenging times, the official added, as the world’s political and security landscape is currently experiencing historic shifts, with the ‘old’ world order crumbling apart.
Dr. Francis Collins, the director of the National Institute for Health (NIH), appears to have directly contradicted his underling Dr. Anthony Fauci in a bombshell moment from an interview with Hugh Hewitt yesterday.
The revelations further implicate those who approved U.S. grants to the lab, and the EcoHealth Alliance run by the British-born Peter Dazcak – who The National Pulse first reported on back in February.
Speaking to the veteran radio host, Dr. Collins admitted about U.S. collaboration with the Wuhan lab:
Well, we, when we give a grant, Hugh, it has terms attached to it of what it is that the grantee is supposed to be doing with those funds. And we require annual reports to see whether that in fact is what they have been doing. And we trust the grantee to be honest and not deceptive. The grant funds that went to Wuhan, which were a subcontract from Eco Health, were very specifically aimed to try to categorize viruses that they could isolate from bats in Chinese caves, which we had a good reason to want to know more about, given SARS and MERS that had come out of there. And so we basically had those criteria attached to the grant. And of course, the amount of money that we were providing to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, I’m sure, was a tiny fraction of their total funding. And we had no control over what else they were doing with those funds. That’s another thing we’d like to know more about, and an investigation might potentially tell us.
It’s been over a year since the WHO declared the coronavirus a pandemic after originally downplaying the threat. It is no secret that both the disease and the response to combat it following this SARS-CoV-2 outbreak in late 2019 have turned our world upside-down. Mandates, lockdowns, and guidelines seem to change every time Dr. Fauci opens his mouth. All of these unprecedented rules were put into place, we were told, to slow down the spread of a disease that today is linked to the death of over half a million Americans and 3.7 million global citizens in the last year.
You would think that researchers would have concentrated on prophylactic and therapeutic solutions of this disease especially since this disease is a death sentence for the elderly, the obese, those with preexisting conditions. The coronavirus doctors have forced children to avoid school, mask up, and get vaccinated. One would think that after all this time there would be a consensus in the hospitals, in the nursing homes, and in other treatment centers on how to treat a Covid positive patient or resident. This is not the case.
There still is no agreed-upon treatment plan for elderly patients who catch coronavirus to assist in their recovery.
The CDC and Dr. Fauci ignored treatment plans for coronavirus patients unless the person was under severe distress.
Cardiologist and Professor of Medicine Peter McCullough testified in Texas earlier this year. Dr. McCullough sees COVID patients and says 85% of COVID patients given multi-drug treatment plan recover from the disease with complete immunity. McCullough added, “The pandemic could have been over by now, he says, if those who tested positive for covid had been immediately treated before they fell ill enough to be hospitalized. He also says that thousands could have been, and still could be saved if the treatment protocol he and other physicians use were not suppressed.”
Dr. Fauci and the CDC and WHO suppressed this effective treatment plan and others.
And hundreds of thousands of innocents died.

A leading immunologist has advised the UK government to “move on” with reopening society, warning that coronavirus is “here to stay” and that it makes no sense trying to hide every time a new variant emerges.
The BBC reports the comments by Sir John Bell, a Chair of Medicine at the University of Oxford, member of the Office for Strategic Coordination of Health Research (OSCHR), and a leading member of the government’s vaccine taskforce.
In an interview with BBC Radio Four, Bell urged that “If we scamper down a rabbit hole every time we see a new variant, we’re going to spend a long time huddled away.”

Bell further asserted that the virus “is here to stay probably forever”, adding that there is a “need to get a bit of balance in the discussion.”
Bell said the government needs to focus on reducing “hospitalisations, serious disease and deaths” rather than the fruitless task of reducing cases through lockdowns and other restrictions.
The immunologist urged that the focus needs to be on the suppression of the virus “around the world because otherwise we’re just going to sit here and get slammed by repeated variants that come in the door.”
Emails obtained from Dr. Anthony Fauci reveal a top Scripps Researcher was concerned the coronavirus could “look engineered.”
Director of Infectious Disease Genomics Kristian G. Andersen at the Scripps Research Institute wrote an email February 2020 to Fauci that some of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) characteristics “(potentially) look engineered.”
BuzzFeed’s emails, obtained through a Freedom of Information Act, request show Andersen also said “unusual features of the virus” made up a “really small part” of the genome, quantifying the features as less than 0.1 percent of the genome.
“We have a good team lined up to look very critically at this, so we should know much more at the end of the weekend,” Andersen continued in the email.
Vaccine researcher Dr. Byram Bridle revealed that the spike protein in COVID vaccines is a “toxin” that can “can cause damage in our body if it gets into circulation.”
Dr. Byram Bridle (PhD)—self-described as “very much pro-vaccine”—is a viral immunologist and associate professor at the University of Guelph, Ontario. His research focuses on designing and optimizing novel biotherapies for the treatment of cancers, as well as host responses to viruses. His peer-reviewed publications appear in the National Library of Medicine (NLM).

In an interview with Alex Pierson last Thursday, Dr. Bridle explained the “big mistake” vaccine researchers have made regarding COVID-19 vaccines.
“We made a big mistake. We didn’t realize it until now,” said Dr. Bridle.
“We thought the spike protein was a great target antigen, we never knew the spike protein itself was a toxin and was a pathogenic protein. So by vaccinating people, we are inadvertently inoculating them with a toxin,” he added.
Dr. Bridle also revealed that he and a group of international scientists had filed a request for information from a Japanese regulatory agency to get access to the so-called “biodistribution study.”
“It’s the first time ever scientists have been privy to seeing where these messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines go after vaccination,” said Bridle. “Is it a safe assumption that it stays in the shoulder muscle? The short answer is ‘Absolutely not.’ It’s very disconcerting.”
Vaccine researchers had assumed that novel mRNA COVID vaccines would behave like “traditional” vaccines and the vaccine spike protein—responsible for infection and its most severe symptoms—would remain mostly in the vaccination site at the shoulder muscle. Instead, the Japanese data showed that the infamous spike protein of the coronavirus gets into the blood where it circulates for several days post-vaccination and then accumulated in organs and tissues including the spleen, bone marrow, the liver, adrenal glands, and in “quite high concentrations” in the ovaries.
“We have known for a long time that the spike protein is a pathogenic protein. It is a toxin. It can cause damage in our body if it gets into circulation,” Bridle said.
“What has been discovered by the scientific community is the spike protein on its own is almost entirely responsible for the damage to the cardiovascular system if it gets into circulation,” he added.
“Now, we have clear-cut evidence that the vaccines that make the cells in our deltoid muscles manufacture this protein; that the vaccine itself, plus the protein, gets into blood circulation,” Bridle explained, citing a recent study published by Oxford University Press for the Infectious Diseases Society of America showing vaccine recipients do manifest detectible levels of the spike protein in their blood.
The toxic spike proteins accumulate in the spleen, bone marrow, liver, adrenal glands, ovaries, heart, and brain, according to Dr. Bridle, causing clots and bleeding. The proteins can also be transferred via breastmilk to nursing infants.

Said COVID was “small enough to pass through material.”
In an email from February 2020 released under the Freedom of Information Act, Dr. Anthony Fauci wrote that a typical store-bought face mask “is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through material.”
Included in the trove of emails, which were obtained by The Washington Post and BuzzFeed News, is Fauci’s response to former health and human services secretary Sylvia Burwell when she asked him for advice about wearing face masks while traveling.
Fauci wrote: “Masks are really for infected people to prevent them from spreading infection to people who are not infected rather than protecting uninfected people from acquiring infection.
“The typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through material. It might, however, provide some slight benefit in keep out gross droplets if someone coughs or sneezes on you.”

Fauci went on in the email to advise Burwell not to wear a face mask because she was visiting “a very low risk location.” Dr. Fauci was still advising against wearing face masks as late as March 2020, when he told the media, “there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask.”
He later reversed his position after the CDC began recommending that Americans wear face coverings.
Social media networks have long censored and deleted information pertaining to the efficacy of masks, or lack thereof, despite numerous credible studies concluding that they are largely useless at stopping the spread of COVID-19.
A study in Denmark involving 6,000 participants found that “there was no statistically significant difference between those who wore masks and those who did not when it came to being infected by Covid-19,” the Spectator reported.
“1.8 per cent of those wearing masks caught Covid, compared to 2.1 per cent of the control group. As a result, it seems that any effect masks have on preventing the spread of the disease in the community is small.”

President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden released a statement Monday recognizing the “International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia.”
The event marks “the anniversary of the day in 1990 when the World Health Organization took the long overdue step of declassifying ‘homosexuality’ as a mental disorder,” the statement reads. (“Homophobia,” “transphobia,” and “biphobia” are not classified mental disorders, either.)
In remarks at a White House virtual event, USAID Administrator Samantha Power went further than to call for LGBT+ civil rights protections: Power urged that the international religious community, in particular, should “step up as allies,” “adapt our language to be more welcoming and inclusive,” and “proactively include LGBTQI+ voices when making decisions.”
Powers added, “Faith and diverse identities can more than simply coexist; they can live in harmony.”
This isn’t the first time the Biden White House has recruited the efforts of faith leaders: At Easter, the president himself asked pastors to use their community clout to urge their congregants to get vaccinated, calling it a “spiritual and patriotic” duty.
Biden Lobbies Netanyahu For Ceasefire.
In a call with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Biden “expressed his support for a ceasefire,” according to the White House readout. This was the second Biden-Netanyahu call that the White House has released pertaining to the latest rounds of Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Biden’s statement of support comes short of what some Democratic lawmakers have demanded: an immediate stop to the violence by both sides.
Press Secretary Jen Psaki described the United States’ role as conducting “intensive, quiet discussions” in the region.
“The President’s view and the view of senior leaders in the White House is that our role as the White House, as the federal government, as the President of the United States is to play a constructive role in diplomacy to use our role, our relationships around the world to have intensive, quiet discussions with leaders in the region that we have longstanding relationships with,” Psaki said. “We share an objective of deescalating the situation on the ground, of bringing an end to the conflict.”
A specially appointed epidemiological team has found “a likelihood of a link” between receiving the second dose of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine and the onset of myocarditis in young men, Israel’s Health Ministry said in a statement.
The ministry says the team was set up following reports of cases of heart inflammation, known as myocarditis, among males aged 16 to 30 shortly after the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine was administered. The link was found to be stronger in people aged 16-19 relative to other age groups, and weakens as the age of the recipients increases. Most patients who experienced the problem spent up to four days in the hospital, and 95% of the cases were classified as mild, according to the ministry.
The Health Ministry commissioned the study after 275 cases of myocarditis were reported in Israel between December 2020 and May 2021. Nearly 150 cases were recorded after the vaccine was administered. The number of cases reported after the second shot was four times greater than those recorded after the first, the ministry said.
Myocarditis is a condition characterized by chest pain, shortness of breath, or palpitations, and can be caused by Covid-19, according to the ministry.
While the type of vaccine in question is not directly mentioned in the statement, Israel relies almost exclusively on the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, and it’s the only product mentioned on the vaccination information page of the Health Ministry website.
Pfizer said in a statement cited by Reuters that it has not recorded a higher rate of myocarditis than would normally be expected in the general population. The pharma giant added that it was aware of the Israeli observations of myocarditis but has not established a causal link to its vaccine.
New analyses show the road to net-zero emissions by 2050 comes with significant but poorly understood economic and environmental costs. While efforts to quantify these impacts are starting to take shape, concerns are mounting over how to source the building blocks for the green economy.
Oxford Economics (OE) senior economist Dan Moseley told The Epoch Times that economic analysis of the path to net zero by 2050 is relatively underdeveloped, despite progress on developing climate scenarios made over the last year by bodies like the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Network for Greening the Financial System, and International Energy Agency.
“But to date, none of them have published macroeconomic scenario results which account for both transition and physical risks,” Moseley said.
Physical risks refer to extreme weather events like storms, droughts, and flooding, while transition risks stem from the process to wean the world off fossil fuels and adopt green solutions.
OE simulated a “disorderly” scenario that would be needed to reach net zero by 2050 if countries have to play catch-up for failing to take sufficient action by 2030 to meet Paris Agreement targets.
In OE’s disorderly scenario, by 2035, global gross domestic product is 1.7 percent lower than that in the baseline scenario, and by 2050, it is 3 percent lower.
OE modelling suggests that under the disorderly scenario, aggressive carbon taxes and limited renewable energy capacity would result in significant economic damage, including substantial inflationary pressure.
Canada’s feds said on April 22 that with the work announced in the 2021 budget, Canada is positioned to reduce emissions by about 36 percent below 2005 levels by 2030. At the same time the government announced a new target of 40–45 percent reductions below 2005 levels by 2030.
Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, established an independent Net-Zero Advisory Body in February to recommend roadmaps for Canada to reach net zero by 2050.
“Within the coming weeks, the Net-Zero Advisory Body will publish a summary of net-zero pathways work completed domestically and internationally,” a spokesperson for Environment and Climate Change Canada told The Epoch Times.
Bill C-12, the proposed Canadian Net-Zero Emissions Accountability Act, will establish a legally binding process to set five-year emissions reduction milestones on the road to 2050, starting with the new targets set for 2030.
