‘Yellowstone’ Creator Says Banning Trump From Ballot is ‘Dangerous’

“Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan, warned that the Colorado Supreme Court ruling last week, banning former President Donald Trump from the 2024 election ballot, was “dangerous as [expletive].”

“People can think of Donald Trump however they want to think of Donald Trump,” Sheridan said. “It really doesn’t matter who the individual is.”

“A court in Colorado is going to essentially make a decision based upon a trial that has not happened yet. They’re basically saying he’s guilty of something he hasn’t been tried for, and they’re removing him from a ballot.”

Sheridan made the remarks while appearing on episode 2083 of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“Right now, maybe, the Democrats feel they are justified in that action,” he went on to add, “because they’re so terrified of what Donald Trump may do if he becomes president again, but are they thinking about what’s going to happen in 20 years or 30 years because this has now been established?”

From Newsmax:

Hearkening back to the original decree, the Colorado Supreme Court, in a 4-3 ruling, barred Trump from the ballot based on their construal that he engaged in an insurrection. Despite this, Trump has not been accused or convicted of orchestrating an insurrection.
