Trump Slams NBC, Pelosi in Unaired ‘Meet the Press’ Footage

President Donald Trump criticized NBC’s Kristen Welker and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in unaired segments from his recent “Meet the Press” interview. In the clips, Trump accused the media of bias and questioned Pelosi‘s financial gains during her congressional tenure.

Trump challenged Welker’s line of questioning, stating, “The media is so fake,” and suggesting that her questions had a negative slant. He pointed to declining gasoline prices as an achievement, attributing it to increased domestic drilling. Welker defended the interview’s fairness, but Trump insisted on more positive coverage.

Addressing potential personal profits from his presidency, Trump contrasted his situation with Pelosi’s, alleging she benefited from insider information. He claimed, “She worked for $175,000 a year… and she’s worth $150, $200 million?” Trump emphasized that his wealth predated his presidency and suggested that his time in office likely cost him financially.
