Trump Boots 4,000 Foreign Students—Most Tied to Serious Crimes!

President Donald Trump’s administration has revoked the visas of over 4,000 foreign students during his first 100 days in office, targeting individuals with serious criminal records. According to a senior State Department official, approximately 90% of those students had been charged with or convicted of significant crimes such as assault, robbery, human trafficking, DUI, and domestic abuse.

A specialized team within the State Department, working in collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security, cross-checked active student visa holders against law enforcement databases. The effort focused strictly on individuals with documented felony-level offenses, explicitly excluding minor infractions or dropped charges to maintain due process standards. The goal was to prevent the abuse of the student visa system by those who present a threat to public safety or national security.

Among those identified, more than 500 had been charged with assault, while others were linked to violent crimes and illicit trafficking operations. The students came predominantly from Asia and the Middle East, and a large number have already left the United States voluntarily. Others remain in federal custody pending deportation proceedings.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the mass visa revocation, calling it a necessary step to safeguard American communities and uphold the integrity of the student visa system. “Student visas are not an entitlement. They are a privilege granted to those who come here to study and follow our laws,” Rubio stated.

This move aligns with President Trump’s broader immigration agenda, which prioritizes national security, law and order, and restoring American sovereignty. The administration has emphasized that while the U.S. welcomes lawful students from abroad, it will not tolerate those who exploit the system or threaten citizens.
