Trump Adviser Alex Bruesewitz Collapses During NYC Young Republican Gala Speech

Trump campaign adviser Alex Bruesewitz collapsed while speaking at the New York Young Republican Club’s gala on Sunday night. The event, held at Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan, included prominent conservative figures, drawing significant attention to the unexpected incident.

Bruesewitz was introducing Dan Scavino, the incoming senior aide for the Trump White House, when he began slurring his words before fainting. As he fell, the lectern toppled with him, leaving the audience of hundreds visibly alarmed. Attendees quickly rushed to assist him, ensuring he received care backstage.

Raheem Kassam, the event’s master of ceremonies and a former aide to British politician Nigel Farage, later reassured the crowd that Bruesewitz was recovering. Kassam relayed Bruesewitz’s lighthearted comment after regaining consciousness, saying, “Did I at least look cool?” The audience responded with cheers, applauding his resilience.

President-elect Donald Trump phoned in to express his support for Bruesewitz, calling him a “tough son of a gun.” Trump also commended Bruesewitz’s contributions to the MAGA movement and his efforts to elect America First candidates through his firm, X Strategies LLC.

The gala featured other prominent conservative leaders, including Farage, Steve Bannon, and Corey Lewandowski. Bruesewitz had opened his speech by praising the New York Republican Club for its strong backing of Trump and his America First policies, giving special recognition to key attendees like former Congressman Matt Gaetz.

The cause of Bruesewitz’s collapse remains unclear, but his quick recovery reassured attendees. X Strategies LLC has not yet provided additional comment. Bruesewitz’s dedication to promoting conservative values remains evident, underscoring his key role in shaping the movement’s future.
