A subsidiary of tech company IBM, Red Hat, allegedly issued a series of “fundamental truths” to employees.
The slides containing the information were obtained by O’Keefe Media Group.
The “truths” are considered “Allyship Commandments.”
Some of the “commandments” include, “Openly acknowledges PRIVILEGE and SYSTEMIC racism exist and result in trauma;” “Accepts that WHITE people are responsible for dismantling racism;” “Understands only WHITE people are racist;” and “Rejects the idea that race is POLITICAL.”

Other slides attempt to explain how “whiteness” works.
“Whiteness” works through “blindness,” “power,” and “divide + conquer,” the slide reads.
“Whiteness constructs the game, hides the rules, then rigs the game, over and over again.”
O’Keefe also released a video of IBM CEO Arvind Krishna admitting to “using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process,” the investigative journalist shared on X.
