A California judge placed a temporary block on a Chino Valley Unified School District Board of Education policy that requires parents to be notified if their child changes his or her gender identity.
Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) of the House Judiciary Committee, James Comer (R-KY) of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, and Jason Smith (R-MO) of the House Ways and Means Committee have jointly issued this demand.
