A baby who was surrendered to a "Safe Haven Baby Box" in Knoxville, Tennessee, “has been placed with his forever family,” Safe Haven Baby Box founder Monic Kelsey told a local news outlet.
It is currently illegal to insert them into a woman's womb, and it remains undetermined if these structures can develop beyond the initial stages of human growth.
