A federal judge has rejected DA Alvin Bragg's attempt to block a congressional subpoena of a former prosecutor who worked on the investigation into Donald Trump that led to an indictment.
Baldwin has maintained that the gun discharged accidentally, claiming that he did not pull the trigger, even though an FBI forensic report concluded that the weapon could not have fired without the trigger being pulled.
"Cities and states cannot ignore federal law in an effort to constrain consumer choice, and it is encouraging that the Ninth Circuit upheld this standard," the California Restaurant Association (CRA) president and CEO said.
“If Dan Crenshaw is willing to lie to gain favor with other politicians to climb that political ladder and pretty much throw somebody away for life, what do you think he’s doing to the American people?”
