USA Today has been accused of capitulating to the woke mob after it edited out the word ‘male’ from an op-ed arguing against allowing transgender people to compete in women’s sports, reportedly without the author’s consent.
Republican California gubernatorial candidate Caitlyn Jenner contradicted a previous claim that biological boys should not be permitted to compete in girls’ sports. Jenner said on Fox News Wednesday that boys who identified as girls at “a very young age” ought to be able to do so.
Former high school track athlete Chelsea Mitchell said that competing against trans athletes was “devastating” to her confidence and opportunities, and she pledged to continue her legal battle to ban biological males from girls’ sports.
On the heels of the news that New Zealand weightlifter Laurel Hubbard — a biological male who identifies and competes as a female — is set to become the first-ever transgender athlete to compete in the Olympics, it appears some biological female athletes are none too pleased.
