The State of New Jersey sued three Monmouth County school districts over their new policies requiring school officials to tell parents if their child desires to transition to a different gender.
Chelsea Mitchell, a senior at Canton High School, is suing the state of Connecticut to overturn the rule allowing transgender students to compete on girls’ teams.
The release came after Inner City Press requested that Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is presiding over the trial, disclose the deposition and other evidence to the public.
