Thousands of Non-Citizens Found on Voter Rolls

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) found that tens of thousands of foreign individuals have been found on voter rolls across the country.

In 2017, over 100,000 voter registrations were linked to Pennsylvania driver’s licenses relating to the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

The issue is seen across North Carolina, Maricopa County, Arizona, and Texas.

Many of the Pennsylvania voter rolls are “motor voter registrations,” indicating that the individuals signed up to vote as they finished their application for a driver’s license.

Reporting from RSBN:

The issue surrounding voter roll clean-up has been a major focus of proponents for election integrity. Via Judicial Watch, they sued California in 2019 over 1.5 million inactive voters who were on the rolls in the Golden State.

“Judicial Watch discovered that California had treated the removal of inactive voters as permissive, not mandatory, and had not cleaned its voter registration rolls in at least 20 years,” the organization’s 2019 statement revealed.
