Former Trump White House official Steve Bannon was found guilty of contempt of Congress after he ignored a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee.

Bannon is a former Trump White House adviser.

The federal judge presiding over former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon’s criminal contempt trial denied his request on Tuesday to delay the trial for one month.

The Gateway Pundit obtained documents and text messages from a whistleblower showing the FBI allegedly had a mole inside the Kansas City Proud Boys group on January 6th.

"What's the point of going to trial here if there is no defense?" Bannon's attorney said.

"I will waive Executive Privilege for you, which allows for you to go in and testify truthfully and fairly, as per the request of the Unselect Committee of political Thugs and Hacks," writes former president.

The retailer's decision is an estimated $10 million hit for Mike Lindell.

The former Trump adviser had pleaded not guilty to what he says are politically motivated charges of contempt of Congress.
