An estimated 40 abortion businesses have stopped accepting appointments and more will be following that course of action, based on the Supreme Court's decision on Friday to strike the faulty Roe v. Wade abortion "rights" precedent.
Babies carried by black mothers in 2019 were aborted in greater numbers and at a greater rate than babies carried by mothers of other races, according to a report published by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
"Women have worked too hard for too long to get to the competitive level we have attained to now face an unfair playing field," the bill's sponsor said.
