A Los Angeles father and husband who opened fire on an armed intruder earlier this month said his concealed carry permit has been taken from him following the incident.
"Not only did we arrest more suspects during this single operation than we have ever arrested before, we identified 21 human trafficking victims; during a similar operation in February, we identified 24 victims," Sheriff Grady Judd of Polk County stated.
"Invalidate the criminalization of protected First Amendment activity and to also strip Maui County of any ability to criminally charge anyone who exercises their First Amendment rights."
