Hunter Biden's primary defense attorney, Christopher Clark, requested to be excused from the case on Tuesday, citing potential future roles as a witness in the proceedings.
The individuals—Gabriel Rench, Sean Bohnet, and his wife Rachel Bohnet—had initiated a civil lawsuit against the city, claiming their First Amendment rights were violated during a religious gathering in 2020.
An analysis from the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Wharton Budget Model found that Biden's income-driven student loan repayment program may cost upwards of $559 billion over ten years.
"Since ratifying the Chemical Weapons Convention in 1997, through last Friday, the United States destroyed over 30,000 metric tons of declared chemical agent contained in nearly three and a half million chemical munitions, over 22,500,110, one-ton containers containing chemical agent, and over 55,500 bottles and containers containing chemical agent," said Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Kingston Reif.
