After failing to comply with a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the disturbance at the U.S. Capitol on Jan 6, Steve Bannon was charged on two charges of criminal contempt of Congress on Friday.
Stephen Bannon, former adviser to President Trump, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Friday on two counts of contempt of Congress, the Justice Department announced in a press release.
