Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) appeared to suggest on Sunday that he will not voluntarily cooperate with the Jan. 6 select committee investigating the U.S. Capitol breach, calling the request “unprecedented and inappropriate.”
On Thursday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi held a moment of silence to honor the “four Capitol police officers who lost their lives” as a result of the January 6th election integrity protests.
"But what I believe we should focus on is conducting oversight and making sure that we're passing legislation to secure the border once and for all," said New York Rep. Elise Stefanik, GOP Conference chair.
