On Friday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill into law, allowing the newly-formed Central Tourism Oversight District Board to cancel development agreements with Disney.
“As we stand firm for life, we must also ensure all Montana kids, from unborn babies to teenagers, have the opportunity to reach their full God-given potential,” Gov. Gianforte stated. “Folks, this must be one of the next chapters of our pro-life, pro-child, pro-family agenda.”
Chairman Comer stated, “ESG principles have become a progressive scheme pushed by radical left-wing groups to pressure large and small businesses to adopt policies that routinely undermine performance.”
A report by SpyTalk's Seth Hettena suggests potential involvement of the CIA and Saudi government in the 9/11 attacks, based on allegations from anonymous former FBI agents and interviews with whistleblowers conducted by attorney Vincent Canestraro, who represents a defendant at Guantanamo Bay, raising questions about the CIA's knowledge of the first two hijackers to arrive in the United States and the role of Saudi Arabia in supporting the attackers.
The Judiciary Committee is investigating the politicization of federal law enforcement agencies and the intimidation of Supreme Court justices by radical left-wing groups, following the leak of a draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization in May 2022, with the Chairman Jim Jordan writing to the Director of the U.S. Marshals Service to request documents and information relating to the matter.
"The Twitter Files and other public reporting have exposed how the federal government has pressured and colluded with Big Tech and other intermediaries to censor certain viewpoints on social and other media in ways that undermine First Amendment principles," Jordan's subpoena states.
“These threats are magnified with respect to Members of the Supreme Court, given the higher profile of the matters they address. Recent episodes confirm that such dangers are not merely hypothetical," all nine justices wrote.
"Disney was openly and legally granted a unique and special privilege, that privilege of running its own local government," former Florida Supreme Court justice Alan Lawson said. "That era is ending."
