A judge has ruled that a lawsuit brought by Pennsylvania moms against their children's first-grade teacher will be allowed to proceed, striking down a motion asking the court to dismiss the case.
The New York Times, Washington Post, and Los Angeles Times each disregarded the physical attack against New Hampshire Republican candidate General Don Bolduc.
"I guess I don’t put much stock in that, because I’ve heard similar arguments for segregation," said Justice Clarence Thomas about race-based admissions improving education.
