Pennsylvania Supreme Court Says 2020 Election Was ‘Rigged’

Trump took to Truth Social to acknowledge the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that recognized errors in ballot counting during the 2020 election. The court decided that mail-in ballots with missing information could not be counted. In 2020, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled ballots with missing information could be counted due to the unique voting circumstances presented by Covid.

From RSBN:

“So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just ruled, in effect, that the 2020 Presidential Election was Rigged, but they’ll let that result stand, however, in future Elections, you are no longer allowed to do what was done in the 2020 Election,” the president wrote.

As reported by RSBN, the GOP, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and the Pennsylvania GOP had filed a lawsuit in October 2022 to stop what they said was an unlawful ballot-counting advisory from the Pennsylvania Department of State.

The GOP groups also had an issue with the Pennsylvania secretary of state’s decision to amplify the State Department’s guidance.

The state’s latest Supreme Court ruling will apply to the Nov. 8 election, which is just days away. GOP gubernatorial nominee in Pennsylvania, Doug Mastriano, called the ruling a “victory for election integrity” on Twitter.
