Convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante was apprehended in Pennsylvania, nearly two weeks after his daring escape from a Chester County prison, the state police announced on Wednesday.
California's legislature advanced Senate Bill 94 last week, which would allow California prison inmates serving a sentence of life without parole (LWOP) to petition for re-sentencing if the offense occurred before June 5, 1990, and they have completed at least 25 years of their sentence.
"The Defendant shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice."
