An illegal alien has been charged with capital murder for shooting two sisters in the head last week in Dallas, Texas.
50-year-old Jose Santiago Chairez fatally murdered two sisters, Catalina Valdez Andrade and Merced Andrade Bailon, in the early hours of November 24.
Chairez is reportedly being held on a $2 million bond and has an immigration hold.
The illegal immigrant’s daughter was also allegedly in the home and was shot in the arm, according to a police report.
