The Colorado Supreme Court is taking up the case against Christian baker Jack Phillips.

Jack Phillips, the Christian baker who won a Supreme Court case in 2018, lost an appeal Thursday (Jan. 26) in a Colorado civil lawsuit regarding a transgender-themed cake.

Justice Gorsuch slammed the State of Colorado on Monday for forcing a Christian baker to undergo a “reeducation program” after he refused to create a custom cake celebrating a same-sex marriage on the grounds that it violated his religious convictions.
