Earlier in June, Shroyer entered a guilty plea to a single Class A Misdemeanor for trespassing, with the specific charge being "Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds" on January 6, 2021.
Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) of the House Judiciary Committee, James Comer (R-KY) of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, and Jason Smith (R-MO) of the House Ways and Means Committee have jointly issued this demand.
