A Florida woman has launched a lawsuit against a school district because she was reportedly banned from volunteering at her child's school because she is an OnlyFans model.
Jack Phillips, the Christian baker who won a Supreme Court case in 2018, lost an appeal Thursday (Jan. 26) in a Colorado civil lawsuit regarding a transgender-themed cake.
“Schools would do well to remember the constitutional rights of students cannot be simply suspended—during a pandemic or otherwise," said Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel.
“Here, the Court finds that no reasonable jury could conclude by a preponderance of the evidence that Whole Foods’ reasons for Plaintiffs’ terminations were pretextual and motivated by discriminatory animus," the judge said.
