Erika D. Smith of the Los Angeles Times just penned a column that's getting quite a bit of attention. It's titled, "Larry Elder is the Black face of white supremacy. You've been warned."
(LA Times) A new UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies poll co-sponsored by the Los Angeles Times found that among the dozens of candidates in the running to replace Gov. Gavin Newsom, conservative talk radio host Larry Elder leads the race, with many voters still undecided.
"[S]ystemic racism" is to blame for the black community having a "deep distrust of the healthcare system, government agencies and most institutions, including legit media organizations," says Los Angeles Times writer Erika Smith.
