Attorneys general from 16 states, led by Louisiana, filed a new legal challenge to COVID-19 vaccine mandates for U.S. healthcare workers claiming the mandates are illegal and obsolete, as the vaccines don’t work against Omicron, the dominant variant in the U.S.
The Kentucky U.S. Senator suggested there were ulterior motives behind some of the mask mandates, and such a one-size-fits-all approach to combatting the pandemic had unintended consequences.
“We now have the scientific evidence that shows the risk of myocarditis for young males is greater for the vaccine than it is for the disease," Paul explained.
